Job Title : Salesforce Business Analyst Location : Remote (Candidate should be located EST & CST) Duration : FTE Only GC & USC Looking for Pure salesforce Business Analyst Position Summary: The IT Solution Delivery Analyst is responsible for leading and facilitating activities to analyze, define, and document requirements, and working with the application development team to create technology solutions. Participates in developing and maintaining detailed knowledge of the business's current technology and infrastructure from afunctional perspective. Provides guidance concerning business implications of development projects. Serves as consultant to internal business groups on process improvement projects designed to improve their business results. Involved in testing, training and implementation of applications. Assists, and at times, may lead clients and technical staff to investigate, analyze, and resolve application problems related to system functions. The Solution Delivery Analyst is often the first point of contact for user support and problem solving; frequently interfaced with business lines, including management, and/or internal resources to ensure quality, timeliness, and testing of all project/release work. In this role, routine projects may need to be managed. Works with technology and application development teams to design or select solutions that appropriately meet the business needs for large projects. Reviews and validates test plan approaches for proper functionality coverage. Position Qualifications/Skills Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Management of Information Systems or equivalent experience. 5 years of experience in gathering and documenting requirements. 3 years of business process modelling experience a plus. Ability to create detailed, well-written documentation for a variety of audiences. Ability to multi-task and be detail oriented. Facilitation and communication skills needed to work in partnership with internal and external clients. Excellent relationship management and influencing skills. Insurance experience preferred. Prior experience with Salesforce based applications. Jira experience preferred. Experience with ticketing systems preferred. Primary Tasks/Responsibilities /Essential Functions Collaborate with customers to define the business requirements to meet the users’ needs, with proven ability to conduct one-on-one, small and large group interviews on technology and system concepts. Meet with end users to determine needs, research options and provide recommendations. Participate in defining system integration and user-acceptance test plans. Assist with the analysis of bug fixes/ issues with ability to lead small groups of IT and business employees for troubleshooting, problem resolution and brainstorming initiatives though analysis of available solutions.
