Primary Responsibilities: Oversee all aspects of project management, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and execution, with a strong focus on HVAC and mechanical systems. Review and interpret detailed blueprints and specifications to ensure projects meet quality standards and design intent. Coordinate and manage subcontractors and vendors, ensuring timely and accurate completion of work within budget constraints. Maintain and organize project documentation, ensuring alignment with company standards and client requirements. Leverage historical project data and metrics to improve planning accuracy and cost management strategies. Lead project meetings with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams, fostering clear communication and resolving issues proactively. Monitor project performance, including labor hours, material costs, and overall progress, to ensure milestones are met. Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented environment. Stay current on industry trends and advancements, integrating best practices to drive continuous improvement. Required Experience and Qualifications: Minimum of 3 years of experience managing HVAC or mechanical construction projects, with a track record of successful project delivery. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Bluebeam; experience with project management software is highly preferred. Strong understanding of mechanical systems, including HVAC, plumbing, and piping. Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage tight deadlines and competing priorities effectively. Excellent communication and leadership skills, with a commitment to fostering teamwork and collaboration. Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills to accurately assess project needs and outcomes. Willingness to adhere to company policies and participate in required screenings and training.
