We are currently seeking a dedicated and analytical Category Management & Supply Chain Analyst to join our team in the U.S. and contribute to our ongoing success. Position Summary: The Category Management & Supply Chain Analyst will play a vital role in optimizing supply chain efficiency and supporting category management strategies for the N.A. Williams vendor base. The ideal candidate is highly analytical, detail-oriented, and skilled in extracting actionable insights from complex data. This role will support sales, category, and supply chain teams, developing new processes and providing insights to drive data-informed business decisions. Key Responsibilities: Analyze sales data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for growth. Develop and maintain sales reports and dashboards to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs). Track and report on supply chain and sales performance metrics, providing regular updates Support the sales team with data-driven insights to improve efficiency and effectiveness Provide actionable insights and recommendations to sales leadership to drive business decisions including support for line review support, collaborative supply chain initiatives, and ad hoc presentations Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support sales, inventory, and product strategies and initiatives Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform category, supply chain, and sales strategies Assist in developing accurate forecasts and identify inventory management opportunities Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree Proven experience as a Sales Analyst or in a similar role, background / experience in Category Management and Supply Chain a plus Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a strong attention to detail and accuracy Ability to work independently in a remote environment, managing multiple priorities, as well as part of a team Strong communication and presentation skills to share findings effectively with diverse teams Familiarity with forecasting and inventory management Preferred Qualifications: Experience in the automotive sector What We Offer: Competitive salary and benefits package.
