We are seeking a Business Litigation Attorney for a hybrid role in Austin. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in complex business litigation . This role involves handling a diverse range of high-stakes litigation cases, including real estate disputes, intellectual property, securities, and corporate conflicts. Familiarity with Texas courts and rules is essential for success in this position. Business Litigation Attorney Responsibilities: Represent clients in complex business litigation cases involving real estate, trademarks, copyrights, securities, franchisor/franchisee disputes, corporate and partnership issues, and commercial contracts. Handle hearings, depositions, and trial settings with confidence and professionalism under reasonable oversight. Address disputes involving developers, brokers, lenders, and partners in real estate transactions. Litigate trademark and copyright infringement, misappropriation of trade secrets, and breach of non-competition/non-solicitation agreements. Work alongside experienced attorneys in a challenging and supportive environment to deliver superior outcomes for clients. Build and maintain strong client relationships, providing strategic advice and representation. Business Litigation Attorney Qualifications: JD from a top-tier law school (top 100) with a strong academic record. Licensed to practice law in Texas. 4-6 years of substantive experience in complex business litigation with a proven track record in law firm settings. Competency in trial settings, including handling hearings and depositions. Exceptional legal writing and oral advocacy skills. In-depth familiarity with Texas courts, procedures, and rules.
