Job Summary: We are seeking a Project Engineer with 3 years of experience in land development to manage and support civil design projects. This role involves designing, coordinating, and overseeing land development projects, including residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments, from concept to completion. Key Responsibilities: Lead design of land development projects, including grading, stormwater management, and utility systems. Coordinate with architects, contractors, and clients to ensure timely, cost-effective project completion. Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations (zoning, permits, stormwater, etc.). Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure quality and accuracy of work. Prepare technical reports, cost estimates, and permit applications. Assist in project management, including scheduling, budgeting, and client communication. Qualifications: Education: Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering or related field. Experience: 3 years in land development engineering, with experience in site design, grading, and drainage. Licensure: EIT required; PE preferred. Skills: Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D, hydrology software, and Microsoft Office. Strong project management and communication skills. Preferred: Experience with local codes and regulations, and a PE license in TX or ability to obtain TX PE within a year.
