Account Manager Job Description Seeking an Account Manager to handle a wide variety of inquires regarding transactions, products, and services. This account manager will also handle disputes and customer compliant resolution. Responsibilities: Coordinate and act as an advocate for the customer inside the organization, working closely with engineering, procurement, production, quality, sales, and shipping to ensure we exceed customer expectations and achieve on-time delivery of products. Serve as a liaison for technical support and provide basic technical assistance regarding products and services - pressure, flow, electricity. Receive order information via various means; phone, web portals, e-mail, regional sales, and enter required information into the operating system. Follow up as needed to clarify order information, pricing, and shipping methods. Responsible for document management. Qualifications: Three plus years of experience in a technical environment; account management SAP Sales & Distribution experience preferred Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) Work Environment Hours: Monday - Friday from 8am - 5pm Fully onsite in their Blaine, MN office About Aston Carter: Aston Carter provides world-class corporate talent solutions to thousands of clients across the globe.
