Travel Nurse RN - Oncology - $1,924 per week

Certification Details BLS (Basic Life Support) - Required State licensure as RN - Required Job Requirements MedSurg/Onc RN experience preferred Prefer experience with trach and BiPAP, not required Must have experience with common titratable &/or set rate drips Experience in a stroke unit preferred Able to work with adult and geriatric patients Capable of managing various diagnoses including HTN, COPD, Cellulitis, CHF, A-fib non RVR, Chest pain, and post-ICU MI Able to titrate Lasix, Heparin drips (Lasix experience preferred) Willingness to float to other MedSurg units and handle occasional ER holds Schedule Information Shifts: 0700-1930, 1900-0730 Every other weekend requirement Holiday requirement as needed No call or standby requirement Block scheduling to be considered if unit needs are met Unit Specific Information Number of beds: 31 Nurse to patient ratios: Days 1:4-5, Nights 1:5-6 Unit provides care for adult and geriatric patients with various conditions Additional Details Charge Nurse available as resource for both shifts Nurse aids/patient care techs present with a ratio of 1:8 Tele/monitor techs available Great unit culture and teamwork
