Job Title: Product Manager (Personalization) Location: Pleasanton, CA (Hybrid) Type: Fulltime Overview: The Senior Product Manager, Personalization will work closely with Engineering, Business, Marketing, Data teams and more to build and support the product roadmap for marketing personalization capabilities and channels. This role will be a strategic product and technology partner to the Enterprise Marketing team and respective channel owners. Main responsibilities: Help lead the strategy, prioritization, and execution for new capabilities, integrations, and applications of personalized content and audience segmentation in email, push, text, and other marketing channels. Align and coordinate with multi-channel efforts that also involve Web, Mobile App, Social, and more to promote personalized content ("We know where, when, and what our customers need") Identify new opportunities to promote personalized content and dynamic user data to further Client's' marketing reach and delight our customers' in-store & digital experiences. Identify prerequisite functionalities, capabilities, and integrations needed to fulfill use cases across email, push, and text as identified by marketing stakeholders. Build tools that solve problems for internal users, build integrations, systems, API's, and marketing & advertising tools for online/ecommerce. Become a subject-matter-expert in personalized content based on user attributes; dynamically populated content based on audience-segments; and customer-specific recommendations as curated by data-models. Create a vision and roadmap for a highly optimized, contextual, personalized, and/or ranked recommendations for products, offers, recipes, and other customer-specific promotions. Translate & distill enterprise marketing objectives and goals into a discrete and actionable quarterly roadmap. Define success metrics, behaviors, outcomes, and deliverables for quarterly features involving development-build and/or discovery research. Define, monitor, and measure product metrics and KPIs; incorporate learnings into product definition and development process. Drive cross-functional collaboration to deliver successful products and/or features, including process & change management. Communicate product vision to senior management, cross-functional teams, and various stakeholders. Manage the full product lifecycle - defining features, writing specifications & measurement metrics, and iterate through A/B Testing & data-centric designs. What we are searching for: Bachelor's degree required. MBA or PMP ideal but not required. 7 years relevant experience in Digital Marketing, Marketing Technology, or Marketing Personalization. 2 years in eCommerce/internet/Retail
