Position Summary We are seeking an experienced, results-driven Marketing Manager to join our Herndon, VA office. In this role, you will drive demand generation and manage end-to-end campaign execution, collaborating closely with global and regional marketing leaders, sales, and external partners to elevate our brand and customer success. Key Responsibilities: Partner with the Heads of Marketing to plan and execute global and regional marketing initiatives, with a key focus on demand generation. Create and manage campaigns, including Pardot and Salesforce campaign management, email marketing, social media, sales enablement, and lead nurturing programs. Plan and coordinate strategic events, from large user conferences to high-touch experiences (e.g., roundtables, networking events) that align with business goals. Collaborate with the sales and content teams to develop customer success stories that enhance brand messaging. Build strong, collaborative relationships with the sales team and actively participate in regular sales meetings. Work with Marketing Operations to track and report campaign performance, focusing on KPIs and ROI. Liaise with external agencies and the internal marketing studio to produce campaign assets. Collaborate with the global marketing team to ensure local market needs are considered in global initiatives. Required Skills and Qualifications: Experience: 7 years of B2B marketing experience, with a strong foundation in campaign management and demand generation. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Technical Proficiency: Skilled in digital marketing platforms, including Pardot and Salesforce; proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint). Project Management: Highly organized with a proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively. Collaboration & Communication: Strong communicator with proactive cross-functional collaboration skills. Adaptability: Comfortable with flexible hours and willing to travel regionally and occasionally globally, as needed.
