Leading General Contractor seeking experienced Construction Project Managers to oversee and manage a variety of Retail construction projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Retail or Commercial Tenant Improvement and/or Ground Up construction, with expertise in Retail, Restaurants, Fast Food (QSR), Big Box, Grocery Stores, Gas Stations, Storage Facilities, or Shopping Centers. Depending on your preference, opportunities are available for projects locally. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage all aspects of daily site operations, including supervision of subcontractors and site crews. Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Oversee site safety, quality control, and logistics, ensuring compliance with company and regulatory standards. Prepare and submit daily progress reports and updates to stakeholders. Identify, address, and resolve any issues or challenges that arise on-site, maintaining smooth project execution. Collaborate with design teams, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project goals are met. Required Qualifications: Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Construction Project Manager in Retail construction. Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field preferred Proven track record in managing and completing projects related to Retail, Restaurants, Fast Food (QSR) or Commercial buildings. Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints and construction drawings. Experience managing crews and coordinating with multiple subcontractors.
