Construction Project Manager

Our client, a respected General Contractor, is actively seeking experienced Construction Project Managers in the Atlanta area to lead various industrial and cold storage construction projects throught the Southeast. We’re looking for candidates with a solid construction background working on project of any type. This is considered a local position with occasional travel. Key Responsibilities: Oversee all aspects of daily site operations, supervising subcontractors and crews to ensure efficient project flow. Drive project completion within timelines, budgets, and quality standards, with a focus on client satisfaction. Implement and enforce site safety, quality control, and logistics procedures, adhering to regulatory and company policies. Provide clear, daily progress updates and reports to stakeholders. Proactively identify and resolve on-site challenges, ensuring projects proceed smoothly. Collaborate effectively with design teams, engineers, and other key stakeholders to meet project objectives. Required Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience) is a must. Minimum of 4 years of experience as a Construction Project Manager. Proven record in managing and delivering successful construction projects. Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Proficient in interpreting blueprints and construction drawings. Experienced in managing teams and coordinating with multiple subcontractors. Familiarity with Cold Storage, Freezers, Industrial, and IMP is a plus.
