Construction Superintendent

Key Responsibilities: Represent the company professionally and establish strong relationships with clients and partners Oversee project schedules, budgets, safety, and risk management Lead the project team, manage direct reports, and mentor junior staff Coordinate with Project Managers on project planning, change orders, and fiscal responsibilities Ensure adherence to building codes, quality standards, and subcontractor agreements Maintain safety compliance, material delivery, and project documentation Lead preconstruction meetings, subcontractor coordination, and jobsite walk-throughs Manage permits, inspections, and as-built documentation Skills & Experience: 4 years of commercial, industrial, or multifamily construction experience Knowledge of building codes, project finances, and commercial construction practices Proficient in construction software (Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Office, etc) Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills OSHA 30, CPR/First Aid, Stormwater Management, Fall Protection, and other safety certifications ideal
