This crucial role will work directly with the CFO and Executive Leadership team to provide strategic decision support, financial planning and forecasting, and enterprise performance management and analysis. This role leads all corporate financial planning and capital management activities to best align resource management decisions to our corporate objectives and enable the continued growth of our business. Additionally, this role supports the articulation of ITCI’s vision and value to internal and external stakeholders. Job Responsibilities Lead the enterprise budgeting and forecasting processes, including responsibility for the full enterprise P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow Lead the delivery of enterprise performance management and strategic decision support processes, including period end management reporting, business reviews and ad hoc business case development Serve as a Finance liaison to the Board and Sr. Leadership, which includes preparation of key presentations regarding enterprise performance and financial analysis Drive the build and management of financial models to forecast the company’s cash positions and optimize working capital needs Lead long term strategic planning and scenario analysis activities to ensure effective capital allocation and maximize enterprise value Oversee and manage relationships with key corporate banks and external stakeholders Collaborate with executive leadership, finance team, investor relations, commercial, R&D and corporate communications to support the earnings process Collaborate with executive leadership and investor relations to support external stakeholder management, including financial competitive intelligence Track and evaluate sell side analyst financial models; identify and monitor key metrics used by external analysts to assess ITCI performance and position in the market Drive cross-functional and complex initiatives focused on process improvement, planning and forecasting system design and implementation Provide enterprise financial modeling capabilities to support strategic decision making across the organization Cultivate deep partnership and collaboration with cross-functional leadership Lead and develop a high-performing finance team Job Requirements 15 years Corporate Finance experience including providing strategic financial analysis and insight to CFO and executive leadership 10 years of experience at a Sr. Leadership level in Finance or relevant field CPA, CFA, or MBA required Experience leading corporate budgeting, forecasting and treasury activities Exceptional analytical skills, including executive performance management & cross-functional decision support Deep knowledge and understanding of capital markets, as well as a thorough understanding of key metrics for companies within our industry. Knowledge of financial modeling techniques and valuation methods used by analysts and investors Experience delivering effective cash flow and working capital forecasting and management Oracle ERP and EPM experience Strong interpersonal skills and ability to interact with executive leadership team and external stakeholders Ability to structure, manage, and coordinate complex cross-enterprise projects and processes with multiple stakeholders Experience building a team; strong people leader skills Complete all company and job-related training as assigned within the required timelines Must be able to perform all essential functions of the position, with or without reasonable accommodation Please note this job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job.
