Position Summary: We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to join our team. This individual will play a key role in our marketing and preconstruction efforts, supporting business development through the creation and management of marketing materials, proposals, events, and outreach initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational, technical, and creative skills and have experience in the AEC (Architecture, Engineering, and Construction) industry. Key Responsibilities: 1. Marketing Material Development: Lead the development and maintenance of marketing materials, including proposals, presentations, and qualifications for public and private projects. Develop and update content for resumes, project descriptions, brochures, and company collateral. Coordinate with senior management on responses to Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and Requests for Qualifications (RFQs). Serve as a proposal expert, reviewing proposal requirements, editing content, and ensuring brand and formatting consistency. Maintain procurement portals and communicate potential opportunities to leadership. 2. Digital and Social Media Management: Champion the company’s social media presence by creating content across major platforms, managing quarterly campaigns, and scheduling posts. Update the company website with project photos, press releases, and news. Design and implement web and print campaigns and maintain mailing lists. 3. Event Planning and Coordination: Lead internal and external event planning, including career fairs, project milestones, community outreach, and industry-specific events. Co-lead annual events, such as golf tournaments, and coordinate tradeshows and related materials. Collaborate with the Business Development team on client appreciation initiatives and holiday gifts. 4. Data and Content Management: Maintain up-to-date records in Unanet (CRM software) for contacts, projects, and proposals. Facilitate quarterly polling on active projects and manage monthly internal reports. Update company data, including financials, OSHA logs, and bonding letters, in boilerplate inserts for proposal consistency. 5. Client Relations and Public Relations: Act as the primary point of contact for gathering client testimonials and references, ensuring timely responses for all projects. Develop press releases under marketing leadership guidance and maintain press and contact lists. Conduct market research to support business development and brand positioning. 6. Graphic Design and Branding: Design and update various graphics, including proposal infographics, social media templates, advertisements, and project photos. Maintain brand guidelines and support requests for customized graphics from internal teams. Assist in the production of award submittals and communicate awards received across the organization. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, English, or related field preferred. 3–5 years of experience in a similar role, ideally in the AEC industry. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite (including InDesign). Strong writing, editing, proofreading, and organizational skills. Detail-oriented, with the ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Ability to work independently, be self-motivated, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
