You will be responsible for overseeing the coordination of print projects at Bloom. This role will maintain existing processes and assist in moving the status and progress of various projects including creative assets for retail displays, PR boxes, brand merch, labels and more. The ideal candidate should be highly organized, have excellent communication skills, and possess a forward-thinking mindset when making decisions. Key Responsibilities: Lead marketing project intake, collaborating closely with stakeholders to gather essential information to ensure that projects commence on the right track Maintain and update project statuses, milestones, and deadlines consistently, leveraging our project management software and tools to optimize workflows and enhance reporting across the marketing organization Collaborate with cross-functional teams (social, email, creative marketing) to ensure adherence to established processes, nomenclature, and workflows Organize and tag content in the digital asset management system, serving as the team's asset librarian and data manager, facilitating easy access to marketing materials for efficient work delivery Serve as the main point of contact to assign tasks and ensure successful project kickoffs Possess strong technical skills and be comfortable with design terminology and software, to understand and support creative needs effectively Assess and implement opportunities to enhance marketing operations, streamline processes, and create efficiencies Skills & Qualifications: 2-3 years of experience in project or traffic management Master of project tools, with a quick ability to adapt and easily navigate new platforms.
