We have Technical product manager roles both in Bellevue, WA and Overland Park, KS. Both required candidates to be onsite. Summary: The ideal candidate would have started in a technical role and transitioned into product management. The Technical Product Manager will partner with internal/external stakeholders and Leadership to understand the business and technology landscape of the company and creatively define solutions in support of new product offerings, alleviating customer experience pain points and improving the architecture. The Technical Product Manger will own the product end-to-end, create and manage product vision, strategy and roadmap, and lead cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products. The Technical Product Owner will be adept at balancing technical knowledge and business acumen, possess great leadership, management, communication and people skills. Responsibilities and Duties One of this company's largest technology initiatives is a digital/agile transformation that is going to require a large upgrade to our existing systems and an implementation of new tools, systems, and capabilities. This Senior Product Manager will support the products/product managers who are delivering the new and existing products. This person will add updates to any of the processes in regards to the new delivery model, document any changes, analyze downstream/upstream impacts, and overall help with the adoption of updates to the process. This person will provide guidance through the implementation process to ensure best practices; however, because major transformation initiatives are happening across this company, this Product Manager will need to be incredibly adaptive and flexible to understand these unique situations and adjust accordingly. This individual will provide a hands-on guidance and support, and act as a trusted advisor to teams and leaders across the organization. They will also partner with the Enterprise Level Agile coaches and Architects to ensure all groups are aligned on best practices and help keep the teams organized. Your “product” will be more holistic in the sense that the product is the overall process for the agile/SDLC process. Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications: 10 years as a Product Manager and or Solutions Architect in a fast-paced technology-based environment. Experience coaching agile methodologies to Scrum Teams and partnering with Scrum Masters. Driving technical strategy across all IT groups A proven outcome-based track record of coaching at the team level. Support pre deployment activities like RMI/RFC/BOM request creations Ability to create LLD and sequence diagrams Background in system architecture or design preferred. Strong ability to create presentation decks and build relationships with stakeholders Experience partnering with peer coaches as part of a large-scale Agile transformation. Identification, backlog management, staffing key roles and successful planning and executing of program increments. Solid knowledge of Agile management and virtual collaboration tools. (e.g. Jira and Jira Align). Extremely organized and able to manage a large team . Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The salary for this position ranges from 120,000/year in our lowest geographic market up to 170,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Other forms of compensation are offered in the form of medical, vision, and dental benefits.
