Role Overview As a Senior Supply Chain Analyst , you’ll be at the heart of critical projects that drive innovation and efficiency across the supply chain. In this dynamic role, you will lead and support key departmental programs and process improvement initiatives, perform analytics and reporting on essential metrics, support financial planning, and collaborate on cross-functional supply chain projects. You’ll work closely with functional managers to maintain internal communication channels, manage content on the intranet, and coordinate training and development programs. Key Responsibilities Process Improvement & Analytics: Lead departmental programs and support process improvement initiatives by providing critical business analytics, reporting on key metrics, and ensuring policy compliance. Financial Planning: Contribute to budgeting and financial planning activities within the supply chain. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with departments such as Purchasing, Sourcing & Contract Management, Inventory and Logistics, Legal, and Insurance to drive process improvements and cross-functional projects. Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong relationships with plant and corporate personnel to identify their needs, collaborate with suppliers on emerging opportunities, and develop performance scorecards. Communication & Training: Partner with functional managers to maintain the supply chain intranet page and organize training and development opportunities. Quality & Compliance: Track and report on departmental metrics, resolve audit findings, and implement improvements in line with internal controls. Scope of Influence and Complexity Technical Mastery: You bring a high level of technical expertise to supply chain processes, providing guidance on complex issues and acting as a key resource for team members. Decision-Making Autonomy: You’ll make impactful decisions on escalated technical matters, often working independently to prioritize and execute your responsibilities. Leadership & Mentorship: With limited supervision, you will manage your schedule, occasionally guiding team members and providing on-the-job training in specialized areas. Qualifications Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, management, supply chain, or a related field. Experience: Minimum 5 years (7 years preferred) in sourcing and contracting, supply chain management, or a related field. Technical Skills: Strong background in data analytics, sourcing, contracting, and supply chain processes. Bonus Skills: Experience in project management or leading work teams is a plus. Why Join Us?
