This facility is part of a large FQHC in Connecticut, an established organization offering an excellent opportunity for an experienced Urgent Care Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant who enjoys community health and working as part of the coordinated care team. They are seeking an APP that will provide same-day primary care services to patients across the lifespan and has at least 2 years of related experience. Board certification as an FNP or PA and CT license or eligibility are expected. The new NP/PA will be offered competitive pay, bonuses, excellent benefits including 26 days of PTO and paid Holidays, Retirement with an 8% match, Malpractice with tail, and more.
