This pivotal role will focus on stakeholder engagement, optimizing operational processes, and overseeing project management. Your expertise will drive the integration of artificial intelligence and advanced data management solutions. We seek a strategic thinker with a solution-oriented approach to lead the transformation of our operational systems into a cohesive, end-to-end process. Successful candidates will boast a robust background in application and data architecture, business analysis, and experience in developing distributed, batch, event-driven databases, and cloud-native platforms. A Master's degree in technology management or a relevant field is required, along with a preference for PMP certification. You should have at least 10 years of hands-on experience in the asset management financial services sector, especially within middle office technology. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a record of success in spearheading large-scale transformation programs and modernizing platforms. Familiarity with CLOs, BDCs, SPVs, and private credit products is essential. Strong leadership qualities and team management skills, coupled with excellent communication abilities, will ensure success in our fast-paced, dynamic environment.
