This leadership role requires a dynamic individual who will oversee all aspects of client lifecycle management, from prospecting and KYC onboarding to fraud prevention and risk management. Your mission will be to harness our data assets to create personalized experiences for millions of users, ultimately aiding financial institutions in customer acquisition and retention. Additionally, you will shape our internal data strategy focusing on data governance, business intelligence, and innovative AI solutions. The ideal candidate will bring a minimum of 15 years of experience in product management, with at least 10 years in senior leadership roles. You must have a proven track record in developing and launching client lifecycle management and/or data solutions across consumer, small business, and commercial segments. Familiarity with agile methodologies and design thinking, especially in the SaaS space, is crucial. This high-level position requires a strategic thinker who excels in problem-solving, communication, and managing diverse priorities. A Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science or a related field is preferred, with a strong background in the B2B financial services market considered a valuable asset.
