Senior Manager of M&A - Up to $160k Bonus & Equity

Our client is a PE-Backed, $500M entertainment / technology company that is seeking a Senior Manager of M&A to join their team and oversee all strategic corporate development initiatives and the M&A diligence cycle. Comp: $150k - $160k 20-30% bonus equity Hybrid working model : 2 days in office Note – you must submit a resume to be considered Responsibilities: Participate in high level strategic conversations related to all parts of M&A lifecycle and corporate financial strategy Financial Analysis & Modeling: Develop and maintain complex financial models to evaluate acquisition opportunities, including discounted cash flow (DCF), accretion/dilution analysis, and scenario modeling. Prepare and present detailed financial reports to senior leadership. Due Diligence: Lead the financial due diligence process for potential acquisitions, working closely with internal and external teams to identify financial risks, opportunities, and key performance drivers. Conduct comprehensive financial analysis on target companies, including balance sheet reviews, cash flow projections, and sensitivity analysis Support company businesses overall to assess new business development efforts through modeling, research, financial analysis, pricing studies, competitive analyses, and other ad hoc projects Oversight of M&A integrations, BOD and private equity reporting Required Qualifications: 6-8 years of experience within Investment Banking, PE, Corporate Strategy or Financial Due Diligence / M&A consulting | Proven track record of financial modeling, deal execution, and due diligence in M&A transactions Individuals preferred with MBA and / or professional certification (CPA / CFA); Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, or accounting a must Strong technology skills and working knowledge/understanding of business finance platforms Must have advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint (complex formula, pivots, modeling); PowerBI a plus; Understanding of full P&L, 3 statement modeling and forecasting What’s in it for you: Above market compensation, equity and a discretionary bonus Hybrid work schedule (2 day a week in office), 401k match, and generous PTO policy Incredible employee benefit package
