Role Overview: The Director of Digital Experience will be responsible for ensuring a seamless and engaging digital customer journey, by overseeing the strategy, development, and execution of our digital touchpoints, specifically focusing on the homepage and site calendar for Mass Markets across desktop, mobile web, and app platforms. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a strong background in digital strategy, user experience, and digital marketing. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement a comprehensive digital experience strategy that aligns with AT&T’s overall objectives and enhances customer engagement. Oversee the design, content, and functionality of the homepage, ensuring it is visually appealing, user-friendly, and optimized for conversion. Manage the site calendar for Mass Markets, coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and relevant content updates. Ensure a seamless and consistent user experience across desktop, mobile web, and app platforms. Conduct usability testing and gather user feedback to continuously improve the digital experience. Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of digital initiatives. Work closely with the marketing teams to integrate digital marketing campaigns with the overall digital experience, while ensuring that digital touchpoints support marketing goals and drive customer acquisition and retention. Act as a digital experience advocate, promoting a customer-centric approach across the organization. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Digital Media, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred). 8 years of experience in digital strategy, UX/UI design, and digital marketing. Proven track record of managing and optimizing digital experiences across multiple platforms. Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team. Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making. Proficiency in digital tools and technologies, including content management systems (CMS), analytics platforms, and UX/UI design software. Preferred Skills: Expertise in leveraging data analytics to drive decision-making and optimize digital experiences. Proficiency in Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, or similar platforms. Understanding of front-end development technologies, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and responsive design. Ability to gather and interpret customer feedback to inform design and strategy. Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively convey complex concepts and strategies to various stakeholders. Key Traits: Ability to see the big picture and develop a strategic vision for the digital experience. Data-driven decision maker who can derive actionable insights from complex data sets. Collaborative and able to work cross-functionally. Skilled at prioritizing initiatives that deliver the most significant impact. Our Director - Digital Experience earns between $174,100 - 261,100 annually. Not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
