Make your mark at the world's largest HVAC company Daikin Applied is seeking a talented and eager Digital Content Specialist who will address the growing need for enhanced digital engagement across Daikin Applied's platforms. This position will have a direct and immediate impact on the company's marketing performance by managing critical touchpoints in the customer journey. The role will also play a key part in shaping the voice and digital presence of Daikin Applied by collaborating with the Senior Marketing Manager and marketing team to build programs that support the business. They will drive content strategy, social media engagement, and digital campaigns that engage our audience and support our business goals. Plymouth, MN What you will do: Social Media Strategy & Management Partner with the marketing team to create and implement a dynamic social media strategy that supports overall business and brand objectives Manage daily operations of all brand social media accounts, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms Develop original and engaging multimedia content to be shared across social media channels, ensuring a cohesive and consistent brand voice Monitor, execute, and optimize paid social media campaigns to maximize ROI Work with internal stakeholders to amplify PR efforts through digital channels, staying responsive to industry trends and media opportunities Content Development & Strategy Write and create engaging digital content that reflects Daikin's voice and reinforces our position as an industry leader in HVAC Work with outside vendor to develop content topics and strategies to support case study development Build and maintain content calendars, ensuring consistent content publication across all channels Collaborate with other departments to develop content that supports customer education, product launches, and company initiatives Partner with the Digital Marketing team to stay updated on the latest SEO trends and best practices to optimize content for visibility and engagement Digital Marketing & Website Management Partner with stakeholders to manage website updates, improve user experience, and ensure alignment with business strategies Optimize content across digital touchpoints to improve customer journeys, brand engagement, and lead generation Conduct UAT and provide feedback on sales portals and digital interfaces to ensure content accuracy and a seamless user experience Technology & Performance Metrics Use analytics tools to monitor the performance of digital channels, including social media, website traffic, and user experience (UX) Develop regular reports and provide actionable insights based on data, making recommendations to improve content and campaign performance Cross-Functional Collaboration Corporate business unit design support e.g. HR, events/tradeshows including ability to develop graphic support assets (trade show graphics, facility materials, recruitment ads, etc.) Staying current with trends in the HVAC industry, building controls and other connected solutions to support the business.
