Chief Technology Officer (CTO)

The Chief Technology Officer (CTO) is a vital executive role within the organization, responsible for overseeing the development and dissemination of technology for external customers, vendors, and other clients to help improve and increase business performance. The CTO will play a pivotal role in driving the technological vision and strategy, ensuring that technology initiatives align with business goals while fostering a culture of innovation. Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications

Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
A minimum of 10 years of experience in technology leadership roles.
Proven experience as a CTO or in a similar technology executive role.
Strong understanding of computer systems, mobile, and cloud technologies.
Experience in IT infrastructure planning and development.
Background in data security and risk management.
Ability to formulate and implement technology strategies.
Strong leadership skills with a focus on building diverse teams.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Experience with agile project management methodologies.
