JR24100864 This role offers an exciting opportunity to bring digital expertise in financial services to shape and drive the digital strategy of our organization as the Director of Digital Strategy. By developing and implementing comprehensive digital initiatives, you will play a critical role in driving our ambition to become a digital customer leader. This position aligns digital efforts with business goals, works closely with cross-functional teams, and leverages the latest technologies and best practices. Position Responsibilities: Develop and implement a comprehensive digital strategy that aligns with the organization’s business objectives. Propose longer-term strategies in how our evolving digital experiences can increase/protect revenue and/or reduce servicing costs. Create and maintain a digital roadmap outlining key initiatives, milestones, and timelines. Stay updated with the latest digital trends, technologies, and best practices. Identify and implement innovative digital solutions to enhance the organization’s digital presence and capabilities. Develop and implement analytics frameworks to measure the performance of digital initiatives and drive continuous improvement. Required Qualifications: Extensive experience in digital strategy development and execution. Proven track record in managing and optimizing digital platforms. Strong understanding of data analytics and performance measurement tools. Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills and experience working with marketing, IT, and sales teams in an agile framework. Leadership experience in managing and mentoring a team of digital professionals. Preferred Qualifications: Advanced degree in Marketing, Digital Strategy, or a related field. Certifications in digital marketing or relevant technologies. Experience with budget management and vendor negotiations. Strong knowledge of emerging digital trends and technologies. The actual salary will vary depending on local market conditions, geography and relevant job-related factors such as knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience, and education/training.
