Join our dynamic Global Know Your Customer Quality Assurance team where you'll foster meaningful relationships with cross-functional teams and act as a trusted advisor to global leaders. We're seeking a thoughtful leader with deep Anti-Money Laundering (AML) knowledge to identify risks and provide recommendations, reshaping the future with us. You will identify risks, provide recommendations, and act as a trusted advisor to the co-Head of Global Know Your Customer Quality Assurance (KYC QA).
Job Responsibilities:
Design and implement statistically valid sampling techniques to evaluate the effectiveness of internal controls. Analyze data to identify trends, anomalies, and areas for improvement. Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external auditors and exam management. Coordinate audit activities, including scheduling, information requests, and follow-up actions. Facilitate communication between auditors and relevant departments to ensure timely and accurate information exchange. Document and report findings, providing recommendations for remediation and improvement for our internal control inventory. Monitor the implementation of corrective actions and track progress to ensure timely resolution. Assist in the development and documentation of internal procedures and policies. Ensure procedures are up-to-date, comprehensive, and compliant with regulatory requirements. Prepare detailed reports and presentations on audit findings, control testing results, and sampling analyses. Maintain comprehensive documentation to support audit and control testing activities. Communicate findings and recommendations to management and relevant stakeholders. Required Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills:
Strong client focus and interpersonal leadership, partnership, and influencing skills. Ability to effectively communicate complex policy and operational concepts to both senior management and junior staff. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Detail-oriented individual with the ability to support a high-impact team. Ability to navigate and provide direction amidst changing requirements. Ability to interpret and apply regulatory and compliance policies when establishing guidelines, metrics, and processes. Expert knowledge and experience in quality assurance testing techniques and methodologies, as well as AML rules and regulations related to KYC along with control identification and management. Minimum of 5 years of AML/KYC Compliance, Audit, and/or Operations management experience. BS/BA Degree.
