Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
NPL Coordination: Oversee the NPL process, collaborating closely with to ensure timely inventory supply to all sales channels. Work closely with merchandising team and creative team to implement effective NPL strategies and manage the seamless transition from product listing build up to ongoing sales support.
Manage Daily Order Processing and FulfillmentForecasting: Lead daily order processing for FBM channel and conduct inventory forecasting to align with sales projections. Strategically plan and execute shipping schedules for FBA channel to maintain optimal stock levels and support uninterrupted sales flow.
Collaborate on PPC and Paid Search Strategies: Partner with the marketplace manager to monitor and execute data-driven PPC strategies for NPL and continuous sales efforts. Ensure alignment with overall sales objectives to achieve target revenue and profit goals.
Listing Optimization and SEO Management: Work alongside the creative team to oversee and optimize product listings. Implement strategic SEO practices and conduct regular content assessments. Combine effective competitor and market analysis to execute best SEO practices, ensuring listings are positioned for maximum organic traffic impact.
Plan and Execute the Promotional Calendar: Execute and implement the promotional strategies set by the marketplace manager. Oversee the planning and enrollment of promotional activities, secure funding approvals, and monitor the execution to capitalize on sales opportunities and drive revenue growth.
Account Maintenance and Troubleshooting: Take ownership of the operational side of account health maintenance, efficiently open cases and communicate with Amazon support to resolve any listing or account-related issues. Ensure timely and effective solutions to maintain consistent sales performance and adapt strategies as needed for continuous improvement.
Job Requirements:
● Proficient in English, with the ability to independently utilize relevant tools such as Helium10 and Jungle Scout for conducting competitor analysis and SEO optimization.
● 2-3 years of dedicated experience as an Amazon Seller Center operations specialist or 3+ years of experience within the e-commerce industry (e.g., financial analyst, SEO specialist).
● Competent in intermediate-level Excel functions, such as VLOOKUP, or proficiency with other data-processing tools.
● Proven track record of achieving KPIs with a data-driven, results-oriented mindset.
● Experience with Pay Per Click (PPC) advertising, with a preference for Amazon Ads Campaign.
● Strong communication skills, particularly in interpreting data and breaking it into clear insights and actionable daily tasks.
