With an overseas warehouse in the U.S., we are seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager to oversee daily operations, ensuring efficient and effective warehouse and logistics processes.

**Key Responsibilities:**

1. **Warehouse Management:**  
   - Manage daily operations of the U.S. warehouse, including inventory management, receiving, shipping, and returns processing.
   - Develop and optimize warehouse procedures to ensure safe and efficient operations in line with company policies and local regulations.
   - Oversee the classification, placement, and storage of goods to ensure safety, accessibility, and accuracy.
   - Operate equipment such as forklifts to handle and move goods efficiently and safely.
   - Collaborate with other departments to fulfill warehouse-related tasks.
   - Ensure all daily orders are processed and shipped on time.

2. **Logistics Management:**  
   - Coordinate with suppliers, logistics providers, and customers to ensure timely transportation and delivery of goods.
   - Manage domestic and international logistics processes to ensure smooth operations.
   - Track shipments and resolve any issues that may arise, while optimizing transportation costs and efficiency.

3. **Team Management:**  
   - Lead the recruitment, training, and management of the warehouse team to improve productivity and accountability.
   - Develop and oversee work plans and performance evaluations for warehouse staff to ensure operational goals are met.
   - Facilitate effective communication between the U.S. warehouse, sales teams, and customers to ensure orders are processed and shipped on time.

4. **Inventory Management:**  
   - Conduct regular inventory counts to ensure accuracy and minimize loss.
   - Analyze inventory data and adjust strategies to optimize stock levels and replenishment plans.

5. **Cost Control & Efficiency Improvement:**  
   - Control warehouse operational costs and ensure reasonable expenses.
   - Implement solutions to reduce warehouse losses and increase operational efficiency.

6. **Safety & Compliance:**  
   - Ensure warehouse operations comply with safety standards and emergency procedures.
   - Maintain operations in accordance with U.S. laws, regulations, and company policies.

**Qualifications:**

1. **Education & Experience:**  
   - Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field.
   - 2-5 years of experience in warehouse and logistics management, preferably with experience in multinational companies or overseas warehouses.
   - Must have legal authorization to work in the U.S.

2. **Skills & Abilities:**  
   - Proficient in U.S. warehouse management processes with extensive experience in inventory and logistics management.
   - Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and improve team performance.
   - Problem-solving abilities to handle unexpected challenges in logistics and operations.
   - Strong data analysis and reporting skills, with proficiency in warehouse management systems and office software.
   - Bilingual proficiency in English and Chinese for seamless communication with teams and clients.

3. **Other Requirements:**  
   - High level of responsibility and ability to perform well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
   - Excellent time management and prioritization skills.
   - Strong understanding of warehouse and logistics industries with attention to detail and a drive for continuous improvement.
   - Self-motivated, hard-working, and eager to achieve higher performance.

**Compensation & Benefits:**  
   - Salary: $25/hr during the probation period, increasing to $30/hr upon confirmation, with competitive pay based on experience and performance (negotiable for exceptional candidates).
