Catalysts for change, they are always encouraging their clients to reject the status quo. They typically manage multiple integrated client portfolios in excess of $10MM in revenue. They add value by creating and nurturing strong relationships between our agency and Client CEOs and CMOs. They are passionate about clients, people, and our agency. Drivers of growth, they are expected to produce new business leads and new enterprise opportunities regularly. They are often called upon to manage integrated organic and new business pitches across Ogilvy global offices and/or the WPP network. They are valued for being trusted advisors to internal and external constituents alike, building deep and long-lasting networks of relationships. Importantly, they act as brand advocates and champions of our Ogilvy brand to clients, employees, and candidates alike. They are exceptional leaders of clients, teams, and individuals and encourage them all to evolve and continually push to be better. They inspire through bold decision-making and an unwavering passion for the business.What You'll DoManage multiple integrated client portfolios in excess of $10MM in revenueEstablish and grow key client relationships at the CEO and CMO levelsNurture and grow key senior client relationships by being a trusted advisor to senior client management and work as an objective insider and advocate for the entire client organizationUnderstand the essential dynamics, strategies, and business drivers of a complex, sales-driven client organizationManage client expectations and objectives for the agency and course-correct potential client issuesReview and interpret regular revenue analyses provided by the agency finance team to achieve strong contribution marginsDrive agency revenue growth through strategic 'up-selling'; qualify and push agency profitability by driving organic growth opportunities and closing new business pitchesManage integrated pitches across geographies, offices, and other WPP partnersUnderstand who the right capability experts are to bring in to create the right discussions and opportunities for growthAdvocate for innovative, breakthrough work that elevates the brand and drives business outcomesDemonstrate expertise in global communications (i.e., Making Brands Matter with local relevance, storytelling, channel planning with an emphasis on digital and flawless execution)Lead integrated teams; attract and retain core talent and manage others to their maximum potential; develop and maintain high levels of team effectiveness and satisfaction (target below 20% attrition)Captivate an audience and build team trust through authenticity, integrity, and passionCultivate an atmosphere that embraces diversity and inclusion within the team and agencyProvide ongoing performance feedback and coaching of team members, particularly senior leadersMaintain a high level of trust and respect among department heads in Creative, Production, Strategy, Media, Data Analytics, and DeliveryActively serve on agency-wide task forces/initiativesWhat You'll Need15+ years of experience, including industry expertise in at least 2 different capabilitiesA proven track record producing brave, transformational, modern marketing work that has delivered resultsDeep and thorough understanding of Ogilvy's full suite of services, using all available capabilities to drive 3-5% annual client growthStrong business and financial acumenDeep understanding and passion for strategic and creative excellenceAbility to bring together integrated teams towards a common mission, all the way up to the WPP levelExperience driving positive and/or turning around Client Satisfaction ScoresCuriosity and insatiable need for continual learning that rubs off on everyone you encounterHow We'll Support YouOgilvy celebrates its people.
