Overview
We're looking for a Customer Success Manager with a customer-centric mindset and hands-on experience in the construction industry. You'll be responsible for customer onboarding, ongoing support, and driving customer success for the products and features. Responsibilities
The technology developed by our client helps workers optimize their work by helping them identify the ONE most important document they need at a time. You'll be responsible for customer onboarding, ongoing support, and driving customer success for the products and features. Your understanding of the Architecture, Engineering, and Construction (AEC) industry will enable you to offer tailored solutions and high-quality experiences to our customers. Serve as the go-to authority for customers, guiding them through their journey. Develop and maintain customer relationships through regular check-ins, training sessions, and feedback mechanisms. Collaborate with engineering, design, and marketing to relay customer needs and contribute to product improvement. Use analytics and customer interaction data to drive strategies for customer success and retention. Conduct customer training webinars, write help articles, and maintain the FAQ section to improve the customer experience. Foster and build a community of satisfied customers who can act as brand ambassadors. Qualifications
3+ years in customer success or related roles within enterprise environments. Deep understanding of the needs and challenges specific to AEC users (Architecture, Engineering, Construction). Experience in analyzing customer data to drive success strategies. Willingness to travel up to 25%. Experience with prefab (prefabricated construction). Driven and motivated to succeed. Benefits
