- APPLY TODAY! What You’ll Do: Social Media Management: Own and oversee our social media channels; ensuring consistent, uniform, on-brand messaging that resonates with our target audience. Plan and execute social media campaigns to promote brand awareness, drive engagement, and generate leads for our sales team. Monitor and engage with our audience across all social platforms in a timely and professional manner. Utilize social media management tools to schedule, publish, and track content performance across various social media platforms. Manage brand and services across multiple platforms and contribute to overall brand awareness and growth. Social Content Creation & Strategy: Design and manage content calendars, develop creative social media campaigns, and craft compelling stories that resonate with our target audience. Use a mix of written, graphic, and video content to captivate and convert followers into customers. Incorporate emerging trends into content strategy, ensuring overall alignment with company goals. Produce and edit short-form videos for Instagram and TikTok, ensuring visually compelling stories and on- brand content. Experiment with video trends and formats to keep content fresh, engaging, and aligned with the latest social media movements. Emerging Trends: Keep up with the latest in digital marketing and social media trends to ensure TreVita remains innovative and ahead of the competition. Experiment with new platforms, content formats, and tools to consistently drive engagement. Reporting and Analysis: Track, analyze, and report social media key performance indicators (KPIs) for campaigns and content strategies. Leverage CRM analytics tools

to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing strategies, track performance, optimize content, and make data-informed decisions that drive measurable growth. Conduct research to identify relevant topics, industry trends, and to optimize content for social media platforms Drive Lead Generation for Measurable Sales Growth: Generate leads and optimize lead generation content to convert followers into customers - we are a sales driven organization! Collaborate with internal sales and concierge teams for upcoming content creation surrounding digital promotions. Assist in marketing needs spanning Email, SMS and other digital media to convert customers. Brand Continuity & Engagement Develop strategies to build and nurture an engaged online community around our brand. Identify opportunities to create meaningful connections with our audience and promote brand loyalty. Ensure brand consistency by collaborating across departments. Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, or related field

required . Minimum of 3 years experience in a professional Digital Marketing role

required . Prior experience within the health and wellness industry is

highly preferred. We offer a comprehensive compensation and benefits package where you will be rewarded based on your performance and recognized for the value you bring to the business. A reasonable estimate of the salary range for this job is $52,000.00 to $68,000.00. Individual salaries within those ranges takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to education; experience and training; licensure and certifications; knowledge and skill sets; and other business and organizational needs.
