$119,000 - $205,850 What you will do: The Sr. Manager, HCP Marketing, Baby, works with the HCP director to lead the development and execution of the engagement and content strategy to drive recommendation share for Baby brands across markets. This role is a member of the global Brand team, responsible for Healthcare Professional driven business outcome and OKRs. The Sr. Manager will work closely with the global brand to bring HCP insights and perspectives to Category Visioning, Portfolio Management and New Product Development. This role also collaborates with Scientific Engagement, Customer Development, Medical Affairs, CBI and local teams to drive consistent deployment of HCP content, claims, and initiatives. The Sr. Manager and global Brand team will work with markets to articulate priorities and an overall HCP Marketing investment model, tied to scaled omnichannel marketing deployment. This role also develops omnichannel communication toolkits within content effectiveness best practices, and facilitates effective market co-creation and transcreation of materials, KOL management and cost-efficient and streamlined workflows and ways of working. Key Responsibilities: Develop HCP strategy by brand: role in the consumer journey, impact on brand penetration and NTS, strategic communication territories and claims, competitive benchmarking and metrics, as well as target audience needs and portfolio approach for cross-portfolio use. Develop omnichannel communications toolkit of assets to be deployed by markets. Define benefits HCPs can expect from our product or service, execution & deployment, including sample strategies. Build Scientific pipeline (in partnership with Scientific engagement): map plans for research, advisory boards, science that sells, publications, continuous medical education. Develop global and regional Congress plans and execution, as well as full calendar, mapping impactful events to support (world days, professional events, etc.). Own and build sponsorship/partnership/KOL plans (in partnership with Scientific engagement). Drive KPI Improvement, incl. Share of recommendation, Rank of recommendation. Own and develop content strategy, toolkit and messaging map: provided to markets per brand, segment and key initiative. Represent Kenvue at relevant external industry forums, and stay up-to-date on category trends and emerging technologies. What we are looking for: Required Qualifications: A BA/BS degree in marketing or Life science. A minimum of 8 years of progressive leadership experience, with a strong track record of business results and organizational leadership in HCP or life science related area. Strong understanding of omnichannel marketing, including the application of data, tools and creative to drive action. Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies and programs. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Ability to think strategically and creatively, and to develop innovative solutions to complex problems. Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret and use data to drive decision-making. Proven leadership ability to motivate and manage cross-functional teams across a matrix organization. Exceptional business communication skills, with demonstrated ability to communicate complex messages to diverse audiences. Demonstrated ability to collaborate successfully and build relationships with internal teams, suppliers and agencies. Demonstrated ability to develop and deliver innovative business cases and models. Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with brand teams and agency ecosystem. Desired Qualifications: Category expertise and experience working across markets/regions. Experience leading HCP Marketing. Experience working with Legal, Regulatory, Compliance and global partners. Experience in market research and analysis, including voice of the customer. Passion for healthcare and a commitment to improving patient outcomes. Experience in Agile methodologies. What’s in it for you: Annual base salary for new hires in this position ranges from $119,000- $205,850. This takes into account a number of factors including work location, the candidate’s skills, experience, education level & other job-related factors.
