We're targeting industry leaders who want to build a book of business from scratch, with uncapped earning potential, no KPI's, no geographical limitations, and no limits on the verticals you pursue.Interview Process:Quick call with one of our team members.Video chat with our CEO.If you're in, you can start the following Monday.Compensation:This is a 1099, 100% commission-based role.Direct Hire or Retained - 60% of fees if you own both client & candidate (half if you split and only do BD or only do recruiting).Contract Staffing - 20% of gross margin (half if you split either just BD or just recruiting).Support Provided:Full tech stack for client & candidate acquisition.Coaching and mentoring to help grow your desk.Pairing with SMEs across the industry.Access to existing orders for split basis work within your first 2 days.Earnings Potential:No commission caps.No limits on geographic region.No limits on industry or vertical.No limits on which clients you pursue.Flexibility:No set hour expectations.High six-figure earnings for those who want to grind.Low six-figure earnings for those who want to put in less time.Role Focus:This role is initially at least 80% business development focused with no hard KPI's. You build your desk how you see fit, but we seek team members who are BD leaders and love to hunt & build new client bases from scratch.Additional Support:For contract staffing, we provide all payroll funding, invoicing, worker's comp, general liability, onboarding, dispatch, payroll services, and any additional back office support needed.
