The Company: Strata Talent Solutions is a rapidly growing recruitment agency partnering with emerging companies across Life Sciences, Tech, and Finance. We focus on delivering a tailored search to organizations in these sectors across North America with an emphasis on talent retention. The Opportunity: As the Head of Business Development you will focus on partnering with companies, building new relationships, negotiating contracts, and securing new business. You will be Employee #4. This person will need a strong business development track record with direct experience in the agency recruiting. You will have the opportunity to grow into a Director and VP+ level. This role will also have autonomy and will build the entire BD/Sales function, eventually building a BD/Sales team. Qualifications: 5+ years of experience (in life sciences, tech, or finance) Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills Proven knowledge and execution of successful business development strategies; can provide billing history Focused and goal-oriented What We Offer: Long-Term Career Progression Plans (Be one of the first 5 people to join the team!)
