We are looking for a passionate and experienced Leadership Development Program Lead to deliver and enhance firmwide leadership development solutions and programs. This role will be responsible for leading and managing various leadership initiatives, overseeing executive coaching engagements, providing comprehensive participant support, and ensuring effective communication with stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in leadership development, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities Program Implementation

Lead the implementation of leadership development initiatives, including leadership and manager development, and Talent Management-related training (e.g., mid-year/year-end evaluations). Accurately document budget details and provide regular reports to key stakeholders, while also assisting in the planning and forecasting for future budgetary periods.

Executive Coaching Oversight

Oversee and manage executive coaching engagements to ensure alignment with leadership development goals and objectives. Collaborate with coaches and HR business partners to monitor progress.

Participant Support

Provide comprehensive support to participants throughout the learning process, including pre-training communications, post-training evaluations, and ongoing feedback. Address participant inquiries and concerns in a timely and supportive manner.

Continuous Improvement

Support the implementation of new programs and identify opportunities to enhance learning experiences, leveraging AI and technology where applicable. Gather feedback from participants and stakeholders to inform continuous improvement efforts. Monitor, evaluate, and summarize the effectiveness and return on investment (ROI) of learning programs by utilizing data to demonstrate their value, impact, and resulting behavior changes.

Vendor Liaison

Collaborate with external facilitators to ensure effective program delivery and participant engagement. Manage relationships with vendors to optimize leadership development solutions.

Stakeholder Communication

Ensure timely and accurate dissemination of information to HR colleagues, employees, managers, and business leaders regarding leadership development initiatives. Facilitate effective communication and engagement to promote leadership development initiatives.

Collaborative Talent Development Operations

Manage education reimbursement approvals. Serve as a license holder and super user for content creation platforms (e.g., Articulate, Snagit, Murf); collaborate with Talent Development Managers & Associates to create Talent Development-led e-content. Proactively respond to inquiries via the Talent Development Team's email, client inquiries, (Qvidian), and Service Now escalations.

Requirements Education and Experience:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent 3-5+ years of experience in human resources, learning, management, leadership, or talent development. Technical Skills:

Proficiency in Microsoft Office is required. Familiarity with learning management systems, particularly Workday Learning, is advantageous. Soft Skills:

Advanced critical thinking skills with a strong ability to analyze complex situations, exercise sound judgment, take initiative, and communicate effectively (both verbal and written) while maintaining a highly professional demeanor when interacting with vendors and employees at all levels, handling confidential information with discretion and maturity. Professional Attributes:

Meticulous attention to detail and strong organizational skills, capable of managing multiple tasks and projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team, with a results-oriented approach.
