We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for a Data Entry Clerk. Based in Naugatuck, Connecticut, this role focuses on efficiently handling customer data, email correspondence, and interoffice mail distribution.
Responsibilities:
• Manage and execute data entry tasks with precision, utilizing 10 Key Skills, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Word.
• Provide top-notch customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Perform calculations and organize files to ensure accurate and efficient data management.
• Support the Facilities department as needed, contributing to overall operations.
• Distribute outgoing and interoffice mail accurately and in a timely manner, ensuring effective communication within the organization.
• Handle the data input of archives management program items, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
• Conduct daily “Everything Speaks” inspections of assigned branches, maintaining high standards of operation.
• Comply with state and federal regulations within the assigned functional area of responsibility.
• Participate in appropriate training to stay updated with compliance regulations related to the position.
• Utilize scanning and typing skills to manage and archive documents effectively.• Applicant must possess at least 1 year of experience in a similar role such as a Data Entry Clerk.
• Proficiency in 10 Key Skills is required for handling numerical data.
• Strong Customer Service skills are essential for interacting with different stakeholders.
• Proficiency in Data Entry skills is a must for accurately entering information into databases.
• Ability to handle Email Correspondence efficiently to maintain smooth communication.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is necessary for managing, organizing, and analyzing data.
