Responsibilities


• Review and process charity applications

• Provide customer service to address inquiries

• Maintain detailed and accurate records of processed applications

• Utilize strong data entry skills to input and manage information

• Adapt to a new system following training

• Monitor customer accounts and take necessary actions

• Work independently to handle and manage workload efficiently.

• Proven experience as a Data Entry Clerk for a minimum of 2 years
• Demonstrable proficiency in data entry procedures and techniques
• Proficiency in database administration, including maintaining, updating, and retrieving information
• Strong customer service skills, including the ability to interact effectively with various client groups
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail in entering data
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
• Excellent multitasking skills, able to manage multiple tasks at once
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
