We are in search of a Data Entry Clerk to join our team in Odessa, Texas. As a Data Entry Clerk, you will be tasked with maintaining and updating our customer records, processing customer applications and inquiries, and managing customer accounts. This role is within the industry and offers a short term contract employment opportunity.
Responsibilities:
• Accurately and efficiently process customer applications.
• Maintain and update customer credit records with precision.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve them in a timely manner.
• Monitor customer accounts and take the necessary actions.
• Use Microsoft Excel and Coupa for data entry tasks.
• Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).
• Utilize 10 Key Skills for data input tasks.• Minimum of 1 year experience in a similar role
• Proficiency in Data Entry
• Competence in using Microsoft Excel
• Familiarity with Coupa software
• Experience in handling Accounts Payable (AP)
• Knowledge and experience in managing Accounts Receivable (AR)
• Ability to utilize 10 Key Skills for data input
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong time management and organizational skills
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
