We are offering a contract for a meticulous Data Entry Clerk in Taunton, Massachusetts. As part of our dynamic team, your primary function will be to handle customer applications, maintain precise customer records, and resolve customer inquiries while closely monitoring customer accounts.

Responsibilities:
• Effectively manage the sorting and presentation of reports.
• Utilize Excel, Power BI and SAP – SQL for various tasks.
• Construct and manipulate Pivot Tables.
• Utilize Client Access, health records, billing systems, and clearinghouses.
• Develop SAP reports using SQL systems.
• Reconcile reports on a regular basis.
• Review checks as part of accounting on Peachtree.
• Transition to using 365: OneDrive for various tasks.
• Manage contracts and credentialing processes.
• Employ your Excel skills to tackle complex problems.
• Maintain attention to detail and organizational skills throughout your work.• Proficiency in 10 Key Skills
• Strong customer service abilities
• Expertise in data entry tasks
• Familiarity with email correspondence and etiquette
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel
• Proficient in Microsoft Word
• Experience in organizing files and documents
• Ability to perform calculations accurately
• Skilled in scanning various documents
• Fast and accurate typing skills
• Knowledge of SAP software
• Experience with Microsoft Power BI
