We are offering a contract for a permanent position as a Sr. Data Entry Clerk in the Data Warehousing industry, located in Kalamazoo, Michigan. You will be working in a customer service-oriented role, handling a variety of tasks related to data management and customer interaction.
Responsibilities:
• Efficiently handle inbound calls and direct them appropriately
• Accurately input data into various systems and databases
• Regularly update and maintain existing data records
• Check and verify data for accuracy and completeness
• Organize and maintain both digital and paper files systematically
• Assist in generating reports from the collected data
• Identify and rectify errors in data promptly
• Cross-train and step in for different roles as and when required
• Utilize Excel formulas and Microsoft Excel for data management tasks
• Deliver exceptional customer service and manage time effectively.• Robust experience in data entry, particularly in high-volume settings
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Excel, including a strong understanding of Excel formulas
• Ability to answer inbound calls promptly and professionally
• Exceptional customer service skills, with a focus on providing a positive customer experience
• Experience in performing data entry tasks with accuracy and efficiency
• Knowledge of the data warehousing industry is a must
• Ability to manage and organize large amounts of data
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• Proven track record of maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive information
• Comfortable working independently and as part of a team.
