Wanted to reach out as one of Swoon's biggest clients, a Fortune 1000 semiconductor company, is seeking a Data Entry Specialist who can handle regular administrative duties, respond to alarms and follow SOPs during 3 - 4, 12 hour shifts during the week with alternating off days.

Role: FULL TIME

Hourly Rate: $24 - $26.50/hr

Location: ONSITE, 5088 W Innovation Cir, Phoenix, AZ, 85083

TRAINING: First 30 days, ONSITE, 9am - 6pm AZ Time

Responsibilities:

• The position is primarily responsible for monitoring wafer processing, responding to alarms, analyzing the situation, following SOPs to handle all kinds of real-time issues, and documenting related works in proper reporting format and template.
• Memorize 50+ module defect codes per module, discover trends, production analysis, and mitigate production risk to align to daily goals.
• Work with the team and leadership to manage production efficiency/quality by leveraging procedures, supporting SOPs and identifying bottlenecks/issues to create solutions that support production goals.
• At the same time, responsible for the handover content and summarizing the problems encountered during the handover.
• Additional responsibilities may be assigned based on business needs.

Qualifications:

• Ability to work in a 6am - 6pm OR 6pm - 6am schedule (3 or 4 days per week for either shift).
• Ideally 2 - 8 years of professional work experience in an office or manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suites such as Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook.
• High School Diploma required, Associates' Degree is highly preferred.
• Ability to remain in a stationary position, often sitting for long periods.
