Located in Hodgkins IL, M&M plays a critical role in their many customers' supply chains ranging from original equipment manufacturers (OEMs) to steel service centers. These companies serve a variety of markets including commercial and industrial, medical, oil & gas, food service, steel products distribution.

Position Summary:

Data Entry Clerk will support M&M Quality Grinding Office Team.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Provide general administrative support.
  • Enter items in the ERP system.
  • Scan, organize, and save documents in designated drives.
  • Link saved documents to relevant records within the ERP system.
  • Match received packing lists with corresponding purchase orders.
  • Process invoices, daily transactions, and expenses.
  • Handle routine accounting entries and maintain records.
  • File documents and perform other clerical tasks as required.

Physical Demands

While performing the duties of this job, the employee may be required to walk, stand, sit and use hands to finger, handle, or feel parts. The employee is frequently required to reach with hands and arms and occasionally required to climb or balance; stoop, kneel, and crouch.

Work Environment

The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate. Ear protection may be required for certain processes. Closed-toed shoes and eye protection are required for all activity on the shop floor.
