We are looking for a Data Entry Clerk to join a great company in Thomasville. Tasks will include posting vendor invoices, preparing checks, running customer credit cards and assisting with general administration, including receptionist duties. Job duties: Data entry, entering invoices into accounting system Processing accounts payables invoices and resolving discrepancies Account reconciliations Assist with inventory Ad hoc accounting duties as needed Requirements: Excellent analytical skills and problem-solving skills Great customer service experience Accurate and detail-oriented This is a temp to hire role so applicants should be available to start immediately.
