Position: Data Entry Customer Service

Description: We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Data Entry Customer Service representative to join our dynamic team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for accurately entering and managing customer information while providing exceptional service to our clients. Your keen eye for detail and exceptional organizational skills will ensure that all data entries are precise and up to date. 

Responsibilities:

• Accurately enter customer data into company databases and systems.
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
• Resolve customer issues by providing effective solutions in a timely manner.
• Maintain up-to-date customer records and documentation in compliance with company policies.
• Collaborate with different departments to enhance customer service processes.
• Monitor and track customer interactions and follow up as necessary.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent, bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Proven experience in data entry and customer service roles.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data management.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and data entry software.
• Ability to multitask and handle a high volume of inquiries efficiently.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically under pressure.
