ADG designs and builds waterparks and recreational water and mountainside attractions for all types of venues from amusement parks and resorts to ski mountains and small aquatic settings. We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Data Entry Clerk to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately inputting and maintaining various types of data into our systems. This is an ideal position for someone with strong attention to detail and basic computer skills who is looking for a straightforward and consistent role.
Responsibilities
- Inputting data from various sources into the company database or spreadsheets with accuracy and speed.
- Reviewing and verifying data for accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
- Organizing and maintaining digital and paper files, ensuring they are easily accessible.
- Regularly updating existing records and managing any necessary data modifications.
- Generating basic reports from entered data as required by management.
- Collaborating with other team members to ensure data accuracy and resolve any data-related issues
- Maintaining the confidentiality of sensitive information and following company policies regarding data handling.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Basic computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word).
- Strong attention to detail and high accuracy in data entry.
- Previous experience in a data entry or clerical role
- Good organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Basic typing speed and accuracy.
