ADG designs and builds waterparks and recreational water and mountainside attractions for all types of venues from amusement parks and resorts to ski mountains and small aquatic settings. As an Administrative Data Input Clerk, you will play a crucial role in maintaining accurate records and data for our projects. Your primary responsibility will be to input, update, and manage data related to our construction projects, ensuring the integrity and accuracy of all information. This position is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and enjoys working in a collaborative environment.
Responsibilities
- Accurately input data into company databases and software systems, including project details, material orders, employee timesheets, and other relevant information.
- Organize and maintain digital records, ensuring that all documents are properly filed and easily retrievable.
- Assist in compiling reports, schedules, and project timelines by providing accurate data as needed by the project management team.
- Review and verify data for accuracy and completeness, making corrections as necessary.
- Provide general administrative assistance to the team, including managing emails, scheduling meetings, and preparing documents.
- Maintain and update digital files, ensuring that information is categorized and stored appropriately.
- Handle sensitive project and client information with the utmost confidentiality and integrity.
Qualifications
- Prior experience in data entry or administrative roles is preferred, but not required.
- & Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) and experience with project management software or databases is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy in data entry tasks.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Able to work independently in a remote environment with minimal supervision.
- High School Diploma
