As a Senior Delivery GTM Enablement Manager, you’ll deliver high-impact training programs tailored to the unique needs of our sales teams. From in-field coaching to virtual sessions and interactive workshops, your expertise will help drive exceptional business results and ensure MongoDB’s GTM teams achieve their fullest potential.
We are looking to speak to candidates who are based in Chicago for our hybrid working model.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver in-person and virtual workshops, field coaching, and region-specific training aligned with sales goals. Partner with sales leaders, internal stakeholder managers, content managers, and SMEs to shape, execute, and optimize enablement programs. Use sales data and feedback to identify trends, improve content, and drive measurable results. What You Bring:
10+ years combined within enablement or coaching roles, including 2+ years in sales (preferably tech / SaaS offerings) with quota-carrying experience. Expertise in sales methodologies (e.g., MEDDIC, Command of the Message) and technical knowledge of AI, cloud, or cybersecurity. Exceptional presentation, project management, and collaboration skills with a data-driven mindset. Your Impact:
