Responsibilities:
• Conduct quality control checks on data uploads and intersystem data syncing
• Handle regular data management tasks, including data uploads
• Aid in the evolution and improvement of data systems processes and procedures, specifically focusing on data quality and integrity
• Leverage database resources to perform high-level analysis of potential and existing borrowers using academic, enrollment, and financial data
• Assist in creating automated reports and dashboards for lending, capital raising, and operations to ensure team-wide access to key data and insights
• Constantly evaluate current data collection methods and search for opportunities to enhance and/or automate them
• Utilize tools like Tableau and Salesforce platform to support data reporting and analysis
• Collaborate with the Data and Insights Associate in fulfilling reporting needs.• Entry-level position, no prior experience required
• Proficiency in data reporting and maintaining data quality
• Ability to handle data queries effectively
• Proficient in using Tableau for data visualization
• Strong understanding of data analysis principles
• Experience with data analysis tools is a plus
• Knowledge of data analytics and its applications
• Familiarity with the Salesforce platform
