Job Description
We are seeking a competent HRIS Analyst to join our team located in Bloomington, Minnesota. In this role, you will manage and troubleshoot Dayforce systems, support key HR processes within the system, ensure data accuracy, and develop reporting solutions that drive business insights.
Responsibilities:
• Administer and troubleshoot the Dayforce HRIS system to ensure seamless operation.
• Support key HR functions within the system, such as onboarding, performance management, and enrollment processes.
• Develop and maintain system guides to facilitate the organization's use of Dayforce.
• Oversee the accuracy of data processing and audit the system to ensure compliance with relevant laws.
• Collaborate with external vendors to resolve system issues effectively.
• Work closely with key stakeholders to identify, develop, and implement reporting solutions that enhance business insights and team productivity.
• Prioritize process and continuous improvement mindsets to enhance system efficiency.
• Leverage strong excel skills to manage and analyze data.
• Utilize analytics platforms, such as Tableau or Power BI, to support data analysis and reporting.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as an HRIS Analyst
• Proficiency in Ceridian and Dayforce software
• Demonstrable skills in HRIS reporting and HRIS Analysis
• Solid understanding of HRIS - Human Resources Information Systems
• Prior experience in conducting and managing Performance Reviews
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Excellent analytical skills with a keen attention to detail
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
