Our client, a prominent organization in Manhattan, is seeking a skilled HRIS Analyst with experience in Ceridian Dayforce for a temporary assignment. This is a fantastic opportunity to leverage your expertise in HRIS and make a significant impact within a dynamic team.
Job Description: As a Temporary HRIS Analyst, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing the HRIS system, with a focus on Ceridian Dayforce. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- HRIS Management: Oversee the administration and maintenance of the HRIS system, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
- Ceridian Dayforce Expertise: Utilize your experience with Ceridian Dayforce to manage system configurations, updates, and troubleshooting.
- Data Analysis: Conduct data analysis and generate reports to support HR decision-making processes.
- System Optimization: Identify opportunities for system improvements and implement enhancements to streamline HR processes.
- User Support: Provide support and training to HR staff and other users on the HRIS system.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an HRIS Analyst with expertise in Ceridian Dayforce.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on data accuracy and integrity.
- 9:00am-5:00pm
- Monday through Friday
- Hybrid
- Contract/Temporary
